Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers today announced that it arranged the sale of 3150 Fairview Park Drive, a 252,613 square foot trophy office building in Fairfax County, VA. Franklin Street Properties Corp. purchased the asset for $73 million. Paul Collins, Bill Collins, Drew Flood, James Cassidy and Jud Ryan of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented the seller, ING Clarion.

3150 Fairview Park Drive is 100 percent leased through January 2017 on an absolute triple net basis. The facility sits on a large, well-landscaped, 15-acre site and offers several significant investments including high security facilities and a state-of-the-art conference center. Located in Fairview Park, Northern Virginia’s premier corporate office park, the property is surrounded with 2.1 million square feet of award-winning Class A and Trophy office space, and an exceptional amenity base including the 450-room Marriott Hotel and Conference center.
