Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers today announced that it arranged the sale of the ownership of Braddock Place—four, Class A office buildings totaling 348,218 square feet located in Old Town Alexandria. Paul Collins, Bill Collins, Drew Flood, and James Cassidy of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented the seller, ING Clarion. MGP Real Estate, LLC purchased the buildings for approximately $106.5 million.

Braddock Place is located directly across from the Braddock Road Metro Station. At 96 percent leased, the buildings are occupied by a stable tenant roster, including government services groups, associations and the General Services Administration (GSA). Interstate 95/495 (the Capital Beltway) is located one mile south of the buildings and Interstate 395 sits three miles to the northwest, providing convenient transportation throughout downtown Washington, DC and Northern Virginia.
