Our client the KATAPULT is a successful Croatian shoe-retailer, which represents some international shoe brands in the Croatian and Slovenian markets like: Office shoes, TIMBERLAND, Skechers and Converse.
The task was to find a specific property for long-term rent ( 5 years), in which the company could locate the warehouse, show-room and offices, all in one place.

Because of the specific request from the tenant for the warehouse with ceiling height of 11 meters and ideal logistics location not far away from the city centre with easy access for heavy transport, Colliers  prepared a list of several suitable facilities and after several meetings the list was reduced to one facility, which matched very well the demands of Katapult. The building was brand new, fully equipped, so the Landlord started negotiation with a very high rental price, aware that such a property is rare in the market.

After long term negotiating with Katapult and the Landlord, Colliers International, Croatia succeeded in renting of 1.100 sq m of warehouse space, 300 sq m of show-room, 250 sq m of office space and 15 parking places to Katapult Zagreb.
