New main office in central Zagreb, office to be opened in Split soon

Colliers Croatia has relocated to spacious new offices in central Zagreb - part of an ambitious expansion program for the international property consultants that will also see a new office being opened in Split to join the existing office in Dubrovnik.

Colliers Croatia is also expanding its team as part of a big program to double staff in the next two years. The commercial team is being increased with Hrvoje Omazic, who has more than four years of experience in the field, joining as Senior Consultant. A new legal team lead by Ivana Bakunic, who also has significant real estate experience, is being formed, and highly qualified Marko Zoricic joins as IT manager.  Colliers Croatia will also employ a new HR manager and significantly increase its team of consultants in the Commercial Brokerage Services Department.

The ambitious expansion is the plan of the new management team of Managing Director Tomislav Perovic and General Manager Vedrana Likan, who both assumed their positions this year.
