Tomislav Perović - Managing Director

Tomislav joined Colliers Croatia at the beginning of 2007. He took over the strategic management with the goal to improve real estate solutions and capabilities that Colliers International provides to its clients in Croatia and in the opening markets – Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Previously, Mr. Perović worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Adria Resorts and as a development director of Adris Group.

Tomislav has previous experience and proven track record in real estate industry, specifically in project development, property valuation and hospitality industry. His previous responsibilities included also preparation of development plans and master plans, investment and privatization plan developments and strategic partnership negotiations.

In addition to his work experience, Tomislav enhanced his knowledge of management, partnership development, strategic project management and financial expertise through education in PricewaterhouseCoopers internal education programs, INSEAD, IMD, IEDC and Euromoney Training.

Vedrana Likan - General Manager

Vedrana joined Colliers International Croatia in last quarter of 2006. Shortly upon joining the team, she showed experience in project and team management taking over the key clients and handling multiple assignments with success and dedication. Today, she is the Croatian team’s General Manager.

Her previous working experience is in the field of communication management – marketing and public relations. She worked as an active management board member in charge of team development, project execution and crisis management. Her most recent working experience includes position of Client Service Director and PR Director in Oglivy&Mather. Her client base includes companies in FMCG, tourism and hotel industry, fashion, car industry and other.

Philip Bay - Regional Director Southeast Europe

Philip Bay founded the company in Bulgaria in 1990 with the ambition of making it the leading real estate services firm in the country. He has led its expansion throughout Southeast Europe, to the point that today Colliers is the unmatched real estate services provider in the region. Colliers has established offices in Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro, Croatia and Greece, and has also worked on selected assignements in FYROM, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During this time Mr. Bay has served as President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria, founded the American Chamber of Commerce in Macedonia and became a founding member and Second Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia and Montenegro.

Mr. Philip Bay is currently Member of the EMEA Board of Colliers International.

Natalia Kaneva - Managing Partner, Southeast Europe

Natalia Kaneva has been with the company for 15 years and is a partner since 1996. During the period of 1992 to 2000, she was the Managing Director of the office in Bulgaria, where the company was and continues to be the leading real estate services provider.

At the end of 2000, Natalia established the office in Serbia and Montenegro and managed it for five years. Under her leadership, Colliers became the unquestionable market leader with regard to development and investment advisory work, as well as commercial and residential services. During her appointment in Belgrade, she was also elected Vice President of the Foreign Investors Council in Serbia and Montenegro and President of its Real Estate and Construction Committee.

Natalia Kaneva has been responsible for setting up Colliers’ offices in Croatia and she continues to oversee them alongside her other regional management duties.
