Colliers International Southeast Europe has operated in the region since 1991 and today, apart from office in Croatia (Zagreb), has offices along the region in Albania (Tirana), Bulgaria (Sofia, Varna), Greece (Athens), Serbia (Belgrade, Niš), Montenegro (Podgorica) and works on selected assignments in other countries throughout the region including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Slovenia.
