Alliance with Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers and Colliers Pinkard creates foremost commercial real estate services platform in the Central and Mid-Atlantic regions

October 16, 2006 – St. Louis, MO - Three of the leading US firms in Colliers International have formed a formal partnership to expand each company’s business and create a dominant commercial real estate presence throughout the Central and Mid-Atlantic regions.  Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT), Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers and Colliers Pinkard are each the leading independent commercial real estate firms in their respective regions.

Through this partnership, the firms bring the expertise of each firm to multiple markets. Additionally, under the terms of the agreement, the partnership allows each firm to remain autonomous operationally, while pooling each company’s resources to support growth.
