Kevin James, principal and vice president, and Micha Bitton, senior associate were chosen to market the 103,000 square foot Shoppes at River Ridge on behalf of property owner, K2 Group. The class A retail property is located near the intersection of Route 161 and Riverside Drive in the heart of Dublin, Ohio’s historic district.

Shoppes at River Ridge is currently 38 percent occupied, and includes national brand tenants Ann Taylor Loft, JoS. A Bank, Coldwater Creek, and Bruegger’s. Montgomery Inn, an 8,000 square foot restaurant based out of Cincinnati and the Wine Loft, which occupies nearly 4,000 square feet, were recently added to the center.

K2 Group, which also operates out of Columbus, broke ground on the property in 2005 and completed construction in 2006.

James says that the Shoppes at River Ridge is poised to lead retail’s rebound in the Columbus metro area. “Although retailers have been hit hard in recent months, River Ridge’s location and tenant base make it an attractive option for both regional and national chains,” he says. “The recent activity with Montgomery Inn and the Wine Loft are strong indicators for the center’s potential”
