Columbus, OH (November 23, 2009) – The team of Andy Mills, CCIM (Vice President), Andrew Montooth (Second Vice President), and Denny Connor (Second Vice President) will join Colliers Turley Martin Tucker effective December 1, 2009. They will specialize in investment acquisition and disposition.
“The addition of this team expands our commercial real estate investment experience, particularly with regards to sales of investment grade medical office properties,” says Mark Phelan, managing principal of the CTMT - Columbus office. “They bring with them a strong track record of success and we are excited to have them onboard.”
Prior to joining CTMT, Mills, Montooth, and Connor worked in commercial brokerage at Continental Realty, which is a member of the Cushman Wakefield Alliance. Their experience includes selling medical office buildings, general office buildings, retail centers, outparcels, land, multi-family units, self-storage facilities and car washes. Notable transactions from the past 18 months include the sale of the New Albany Medical Center, a 60,000 square foot medical office building attached to a surgical hospital, the sale of three National City office buildings totaling more than 350,000 square feet and the sale of a 110,000 square foot Medical Office building.
