COLUMBUS, OHIO | Kevin James, vice president of retail services, and Carlton Dargusch, an associate, with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented Brice/Tussing LP in the sale of Independence Village Center on Tussing Road for $2.4 million to Independence Village Enterprises LLC.
The 25,018 square foot retail center on 2.65 acres, anchored by Kindercare Learning Center, is currently 93 percent leased. Colliers Turley Martin Tucker will continue to handle the leasing of the center for the new owner, Independence Village Enterprises, LLC.
