Goodyear is the world’s largest tire company. The company manufactures tires, engineered rubber products and chemicals in more than 90 plants in 28 countries. It has marketing operations in almost every country around the world. Goodyear employs about 80,000 people worldwide.
Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company contacted Colliers Keenan to assist them in locating several new retail stores in the Columbia, South Carolina market area. Specifically, Goodyear desired to locate sites and then have a developer construct several build-to-suit projects for them.

Colliers Keenan assisted Goodyear with their Columbia, SC needs and was subsequently selected as a preferred Goodyear developer in numerous southeastern locations. Since 1996, 42 new build-to-suit retail stores have been completed for Goodyear in 6 states.
