Colliers Keenan has brokered the lease transaction for 4,975 square feet of office space in Westpark Center at 101 Westpark Boulevard in Columbia, South Carolina to Southeast Telecom, one of the largest communications equipment distributors in the southeastern United States. 

Colliers Keenan broker Boyd Summers negotiated the five-year lease transaction on behalf of the owner of  Westpark Center.  Southeast Telecom was represented by NAI Avant broker Macon Lovelace.
