The Board of Directors of Colliers Keenan Inc. announced today that E. Craig Waites, Jr. and Rox W. Pollard, Jr. have become shareholders and partners in the company. Colliers Keenan President and CEO, John W. Folsom said, “Craig and Rox are valuable members of the Colliers Keenan team and are leaders in the commercial real estate industry. They are extremely active in the real estate community, holding accreditations with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and are lifetime members of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtor’s Circle of Excellence. Through their tenure at Colliers Keenan, they have branded themselves as leaders in the commercial real estate field. They have been recognized time and again for their outstanding service to their clients, and we are proud to have them as the newest principals of Colliers Keenan.”

E. Craig Waites, Jr. has been with Colliers Keenan since 1995, specializing in the brokerage of retail properties. His areas of expertise include retail sales and leasing, retail land development, site selection and retail investment sales. He has received numerous awards for his work in commercial real estate, including the Colliers Keenan Award for Distinction in 2004, the President’s Award in 2003 and Sales Associate of the Year in 2000. He is a 1998 graduate of Leadership Columbia, and is also an active member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, where he has served on the Vestry. He has served as a volunteer with the United Way, Junior Achievment and has coached little league baseball. Craig is a 1992 graduate of Washington & Lee University and is the past president of the Washington & Lee Palmetto Alumni Chapter. He and his wife Donna have two children.

Rox W. Pollard, Jr. has been in the commercial real estate profession since 1987 and joined Colliers Keenan in 1998. He serves as the Manager of the Colliers Keenan Retail Services Group. Over his career he has worked closely with over 100 retail clients and tenants in all facets of site selection and acquisition of lease and purchase space. Rox is actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serving as the South Carolina State Operations Chair (2006). He was awarded the “Clearly Colliers Award” in 2003 and the 2004 Colliers “Chairman’s Choice Award” for his leadership in the Retail Services Group of Colliers International. Rox is also involved in civic and community activities, including the Richland County Public Library, where he serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Rox is a 1983 graduate of the University of South Carolina and a 1997 graduate of Leadership Columbia. He and his wife, Robin, are active members of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral and they have one son.
