John Peyre (J.P.) Scurry, Jr. and Erin T. England, MARE of the Colliers Keenan Retail Services Group recently brokered two lease transactions to bring award-winning fast casual restaurant Five Guys Burgers and Fries to new locations in the Charleston area.  The new restaurants will occupy 2,511 square feet of space at 364 King Street in downtown Charleston and 2,810 square feet of space at 4959 Centre Point Drive in the Tanger Outlet Mall and Wal-Mart-anchored Centre Point retail market in North Charleston.  Five Guys currently has two existing locations in the Charleston metropolitan area - one at Indigo Village in West Ashley and one at Town Centre Place in Mount Pleasant.  The addition of King Street and Centre Point brings Five Guys to nineteen locations statewide.
