Beronica M. Whisnant, CCIM, SIOR of Colliers Keenan has brokered a lease transaction between M&J Wilkow, Ltd. and City Bites, a new casual dining operation, for the 3,752-square-foot deli space in the Capitol Center, located at 1201 Main Street in downtown Columbia.    City Bites, owned and managed by Alexandra and James Hazelton, will offer a dine-in and carryout menu for breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday, featuring hot entrees, soups, salads, sandwiches/wraps, desserts, daily specials, and a “grab and go” offering. The tentative opening date is set for mid- to late-July, following minor construction and design improvements.
