Columbia, SC, March 24, 2009 -- Colliers Keenan agents Marsha Davis and Boyd Summers have brokered the sale of a 10,000-square-foot office building, 3 Technology Circle, located in the Carolina Research Park in Columbia’s northeast suburban submarket.  Columbia Realty Partners, LLC hired Colliers Keenan to market the building, which had previously been occupied by an engineering firm.  The building will now serve as headquarters for the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association (SCPHCA), which purchased the building for $1,015,000.  SCPHCA is the unifying organization for Community Health Centers in South Carolina.
