Mr. Scurry represented Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries in a 2,867 square foot lease at 931 Senate Street, Gervais Place LLC in a 2,415 square foot lease to Starbucks at 831 Gervais Street, and Columbia’s newest upscale women’s apparel boutique, GOGA, in their 1,400 square foot lease at 1211 Lincoln Street.
