1988 - 'Cruickshank Real Estate', as we were originally known, was founded purely as a Commercial and Industrial agency.  Our first office was located in an industrial bay in the heart of Coffs Harbour’s Lawson Crescent industrial area.  As the company grew, staff numbers increased and we moved into residential and rural property. The company relocated to the West High Street financial district of Coffs Harbour to a company-related property.

1995 - The company moved to The Jetty area of Coffs Harbour and commenced project marketing. 

2000 - On Australia Day of this year, we became known as 'MORE Property and Real Estate' incorporating 'MORE Commercial' and 'MORE Rentals'.  The agency became Coffs Harbour's largest full-service real estate agency employing 30 staff in 2003 at the height of the "boom".

2005 - The Company returned to its roots and the residential side of the business was sold with 'MORE Commercial' becoming 'Coffs Commercial'.  The original Directors were already involved in commercial and industrial development in their own right when the agency was formed which brought a lot of experience into the business on formation. current Managing Director, Stephen Little, has led the company’s growth and depth of services for many years.

2006 - In October, 'Coffs Commercial' rebranded as 'Colliers International' and relocated to 181 Harbour Drive Coffs Harbour where it shares premises with another Colliers International-owned company, PRDnationwide Coffs Harbour.
