Colliers Ostendorf-Morris is please to announce the grand prize given to Peter Farina at the 2008 Urban Land Institute of Cleveland & Cleveland State University, Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs Real Estate Finance Competition for Masters and Ph.D candidates. He was amoung five chosen in the final round and Pete was presented the award.
Colliers Ostendorf-Morris was priviledged to have four 2008 NAIOP award nominations this year. Greg West was entered into the Office Broker of the Year category and David O'Neill was entered into the Industrial Broker of the Year category, Traveling Gun of the Year, and Traveling Gun Transaction of the Year categories. David O'Neill was presented with the awards in all three categories.
Conor Coakley was named as one of Crain's 2008 "Twenty In Their 20s" award. Crain's presents this honor to 20 of the region's young professionals who are helping to shake up the status quo in the business community. Conor has proven himself as an expert in the world of business development and it comes as no shock that he is being recognized for his dynamic approach to commercial real estate in Northeast Ohio.
David O'Neill was awarded an "Outstanding Achievement" recognition for his completion of over 130 deals in 2007. David is a trusted partner of multi-national, Fortune 500 firms and represents real estate portfolios around the globe for clients including The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and RPM, Inc. As a testament to years of dedicated service and high levels of production, Geoff Coyle and Rocco DiPuccio were named Partners to the firm on February 12, 2008; joining Warren Morris, William West, David O'Neill, Jr., and Joseph Ditchman, Jr.
After 31 years of leading the company as Managing Partner, William N. West has been named Chairman of the Board on February 12, 2008. Warren Morris succeeds William West, becoming President and CEO on October 25, 2007.

Clifford West has been chosen as one of Midwest Real Estate News' 40 over 40 Honorees. This honor is a showcase of successful professionals over the age of 40 from all aspects of commercial real estate. The Midwest Real Estate News Staff decided upon the final list of winners after viewing hundreds of qualified applications. Cliff is being recognized for his years of dedication, his ability to mentor others, his contribution to the community, and for his involvement in the advancement of the real estate industry.
Lawrence F. Kell received an award for Best Individual Effort for Cleveland's booth at the 2007 Colliers Conference held in San Diego, California. Larry was recognized before the entire conference. "Hold 'em Golf" attracted Colliers participants from many cities.
Two Colliers Ostendorf-Morris professionals were recognized for their outstanding achievement at the NAIOP Awards presentation May 18, 2007. David O'Neill was awarded the honor of Industrial Broker of the Year and Thomas Gustafson received the Office Broker of the Year Award.
