How does a consumer, whether an individual or a corporation, obtain the best deal when in the market for a product or service?

The consumer must become as well informed as possible about what he is acquiring, understand the dynamics of the marketplace he is operating in, and negotiate from the strongest possible position. When a consumer is faced with making a real estate decision such as the possible relocation of his real estate, the best way to approach this decision is through the services of a Tenant/Buyer Representative.

The Tenant/Buyer Representative does just what the title implies—he represents the client whether a proprietorship, partnership or corporation. This enables him to negotiate the best possible real estate transaction for the client and creates a fiduciary relationship between both parties. Also, he looks at these issues from the client’s view because he has the commitment and the direct obligation to work on the client’s behalf in concluding the deal.
