• We're in the zone...  Be it for residential development or an industrial park, Colliers knows the zoning regulations.  We can also advise you of possible incentives from the city, which can include anything from installation of a traffic light to tax abatements.

• We know what questions to ask...  Colliers will be sure the land goes through the proper checkpoints: geological testing of the soil and inspection for underground rivers and bedrock; utilities - location and capacity; regulations, both municipal and state; and technological infrastructure, both existing and potential capabilities.

• Land is the first step...  Once we help a client secure their land, Colliers can assist in finding a builder, appropriate legal representation, someone to manage the property, a bank, architect, environmental and geological inspectors/studies.  Colliers has many of these services in-house.
