Paula B. Fishman
Vice President

Paula Fishman joined Ostendorf-Morris Construction in 2001.  As a Project Manager, Paula manages and coordinates a wide variety of construction projects including retail, corporate, industrial, healthcare, as well as many projects in the non-profit sector.  She evalutates and determines the appropriate construction delivery system that will ensure the most cost-effective and timely approach for completing each project.

As Vice President of the company, her role extends to overseeing the progress of all projects within the company. Paula has been working in construction management for over 20 years and has been instrumental at interfacing with architects and owners, as well as with the development of new business relationships; directly impacting the continuous growth and success of the company.

Anthony J. Russo
Project Manager

Anthony Russo joined Ostendorf-Morris Construction in 2003.  In addition to managing construction projects, he is responsible for pre-construction estimates to assist in the leasing of tenant spaces, construction budgets, and scheduling of the trades.  Anthony works with tenants, property managers, architects, and subcontractors in Colliers Ostendorf-Morris managed properties, as well as in the private sector.  Anthony has 25 years of construction experience in industrial, commercial, and residential projects.

Tracy A. McRae
Construction Assistant

Tracy McRae joined Ostendorf-Morris Construction in 2001.  She assists the Project Managers in the department, maintains and issues project information to subcontractors, and is involved in all aspects of the construction process.  Tracy coordinates the bidding process, prepares all project documentation, maintains subcontractor insurance and workers compensation, applies for licensing within municipalities, and establishes relationships with all involved parties to facilitate harmonious working relationships during the term of the project.
