Project Consulting

In providing pre-construction services, we take a proactive approach by addressing value engineering options early in the project, providing conceptional estimates, constructability reviews and scheduling approaches.  This service may be contracted alone or as a prelude to our other services.

The Benefits:  By our involvement as a team member early in the project, we are able to identify the needs of the owner and address any issues early on that may impact the overall project.  Our involvement in this phase helps to identify and resolve any budget or scheduling concerns.

General Contracting

As a General Contractor, we will work closely with all members of the project team from the inception through final occupancy.  We provide office support, field administration, and coordination and scheduling of the project.

Construction Management

As Construction Manager, we act solely as the owner’s agent throughout the construction project.  We work closely with the architect in developing the scope and bid specifications, while maintaining quality control and project schedules with the contractor.  In addition, our responsibility will extend to processing pay applications and expediting owner occupancy.

The Benefits:  Our company offers a fee based service in which we are responsible exclusively to the owner and act in their best interest.  We help to prevent or minimize potentially costly overruns, schedule delays, and quality concerns that might otherwise have developed.
