One of those firms, Colliers Ostendorf-Morris, formerly the Ostendorf-Morris Company, is Ohio's largest full-service commercial real estate company. Since 1939, Ostendorf-Morris, the commercial real estate firm founded by Edgar L. Ostendorf and Warren L. Morris, has dominated the commercial property market in Cleveland and the rest of Northeast Ohio. In the mid 1970's and early 1980's, the company excelled in the national and international real estate arenas. To facilitate that activity, the company took a leadership role in organizing into a consortium of the most dominant real estate firms in the world, eventually becoming Colliers International Property Consultants in 1985.
Colliers was among the first commercial real estate companies to recognize the importance of local knowledge on a global scale. In 1986, we brought together the United States with commercial firms in Asia, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Africa to provide consistent, superior service in multiple locations. The skills and experience of each of our professionals are tracked in our central Colliers office in Boston, which communicates daily with our 248 offices.
