The Location Advisory & Incentives Practice of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker is committed to:
- maximizing your economic incentives package
- assuring that you receive all approved incentives
The Process
Assignments often begin with macro-level assessments of regions and industries – and ultimately, focus on detailed comparisons of counties, cities, and sites. Minimizing your initial costs and on-going expenses is our primary focus while we interact on your behalf to:
1. Identify and analyze potential incentives. We conduct preliminary incentive research, present project information to state and local officials, compare and summarize results, identify a short list of final locations, and develop a strategy for moving forward.
2. Negotiate incentives. Incentive offers are compared, and enhancements are worked out. Results are analyzed, and recommendations are issued.
3. Implement incentive application process. We prepare and submit all the applications and obtain formal approvals.
4. Administer incentives compliance. Compliance management procedures are established, and required documentation is submitted over the term of incentives receipt.
The Team
The Location Advisory & Incentives Practice team represents 30 years of economic development experience in the public and private sectors. As a result, we have extensive knowledge of state and local incentive programs and an established contact network of economic development decision-makers, thereby enhancing negotiation performance on your behalf for maximum incentives.
Our team has operated in over 35 states, working on projects of capital investment from $1 million to $1 billion, and we are adept with a wide range of companies, from large publicly-traded to small family-owned businesses. We have no bias toward the location you ultimately will select. Our goal is simply to provide you with the tools so you can make the best decisions for your business.
