Weidner joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and the Hartmann-Ryan team in 2006. In his first year, he received the coveted 2006-2007 Office Deal of the Year from the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a leading industry trade organization.

Weidner holds a degree in Marketing and Entreprenuership from Miami University. He is a member of the 2008 C-Change Leadership class of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Club and the Cincinnati Board of Realtors. Weidner is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
