Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT) -- Cincinnati, a leading real estate firm, announced that TATA America International purchased the 196,055 SF office building located at 1000 Summit Drive in Miami Township. TATA will use the space as its North American Delivery Headquarters. Jeff Bender, SIOR, CCIM, Jim O'Connell, CCIM, Thomas Powers, SIOR, CCIM, and Mike Sullivan, CCIm of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker along with Russell C. Meyers, Cincinnati Capital Properties represented Milford Partners, LLC in the sale. The transaction was valued at $13 million.
