Lima, Ohio - Procter & Gamble has purchased 318 acres at 5025 Reservoir Rd. in Lima for $6.6 million. The company plans to use the site for 1 million-square-foot warehouse facility to expand its Lima manufacturing operations. Greg Butcher of Toledo, Ohio-based Michael Realty Co. and Tom McCormick of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Cincinnati office represented Procter & Gamble. The seller, a private citize and former resident on the property, represented himself.
