Neyer Properties is clearing land at the Dana Avenue exit off Interstate 71 for a $70 million, 460,000-square-foot office complex.
Called The Keystone, the project consists of two 200,000-square-foot buildings, a 60,000-square-foot building and an outlot for retail space -- all atop a three-story parking structure. When full, the complex could bring up to 2,000 jobs to the Evanston community.
