Bender represented Lakeland Real Estate, LLC in the sale of the Lakeland Business Park site to Lakeland Farms, LLC. The 131-acre property is located at the junction of Limaburg and Lakeland Park Drive in Burlington, Kentucky near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International airport.  

Jeff Bender represents owners and occupiers in the marketing, acquisition and disposition of industrial properties in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Since 1988, Jeff has completed more than 1,300 transactions totaling over 119 million SF valued at over $4.4 billion.
