They're not exactly Jagger and Richards, but one client calls the Hartmann-Ryan commercial real estate team the "rock stars" of their field.
Since partnering 10 years ago, the duo of Mike Hartmann and Bob Ryan have delivered more than $1 billion in deals as the premier "team within a team" at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in downtown Cincinnati.
They've had long relationships with such clients as Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and Convergys.
"When you talk to banks about financing, they want to know who your leasing agent is. When you say Hartmann-Ryan, there's no question about your qualifications," said John Wendt, chief financial officer of Norwood-based developer Ackermann Group. As leasing agent for its Cornerstone development in Norwood, Hartmann and Ryan leased out 95 percent of its 265,000 square feet.
