As downtown welcomes its first new class A office building in 14 years, it also ushers in what brokers predict could be the highest class A vacancy rate in the last 10 years -- possibly reaching 15 percent.

In addition to the 90,000 square feet still available in Western Southern Financial Group's new building at 303 Broadway, Convergys Corp. will vacate on Dec. 31 close to 400,000 square feet in the Convergys Center.
