Two of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker’s (CTMT’s) premier investment sales teams recently collaborated to close a $122,000,000 investment sale in June. John E. Huguenard, SIOR, CCIM of CTMT Indianapolis and Thomas M. Powers, SIOR, CCIM of CTMT Cincinnati successfully represented Novant Health in the sale-leaseback of their 22-building medical office portfolio located in Winston-Salem and Charlotte, NC. CGRE Holdings, a private investment group, purchased the portfolio.
Novant Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system serving regions such as Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, to name a few. Novant employs 26,000 people and has approximately 1,100 physicians in its medical group. Novant Health and its staff received the highly prestigious President's Award for commitment to service excellence for patients, physicians and employees.
