Six-Building Office Campus

Centre Point Office Park opened its first 120,000 square foot Class A office building in early 2000, with two more buildings of the same size following in 2001 and 2002.  A total of six "mirror image" buildings are planned for this development

Located at the recently opened Union Centre Boulevard interchange at I-75, this setting has proven to be a "hot spot" in the northern Cincinnati submarket of Tri-County.  The project's developer, Higgins Development Partners, teamed up with CTMT at the onset of development to oversee the leasing and management of the project, and they have not been disappointed.  Centre Point has consistently outperformed the Tri-County market in rents and occupancy levels, even in a struggling economy.  The project's location as the "center point" between Dayton and Cincinnati lends itself to businesses who wish to consolidate their Dayton and Cincinnati operations.  In addition, the building's design results in floor plans in excess of 20,000 square feet, which cannot be found anywhere else in the Tri-County market.
