Fourth & Walnut Centre is a 100 year old, 350,000 square foot high rise office building located in the heart of downtown’s financial district in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

In 1994, the building was purchased by Cinergy Corporation, and an extensive renovation project began in 1995.  This project included the replacement of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems, which required each floor to be totally gutted from deck to slab. As each floor was leased to new or relocated tenants, all new Class A tenant improvement finishes were installed.  Over a period of six years, the project was 95% complete and the building was 98% leased.  CTMT was brought in to handle the leasing and management of the building during the final stages of the renovation project and continues to oversee the finishing touches. 

Under the effective management of the CTMT team, Fourth & Walnut Centre was awarded the prestigious TOBY award in the Renovated Building category by the Building Owners and Managers Association for 2001/2002 on both the local and regional award levels.
