World-wide Headquarter Relocation and Consolidation
CHALLENGE
The consolidation and relocation of approximately 1,000,000 SF to a central location in or arround the Cincinnati area.
SOLUTION
After 20 months of site consideration, Convergys decided to purchase an existing Downtown Class A office building which currently housed their Executive Corporate Headquarters.
RESULTS
Convergys purchased the building for approximately half the cost of building a corporate campus while also maintaining a presence in the City of Cincinnati. This decision to stay inside the city limits allowed for the CTMT Hartmann-Ryan Team to successfully negotiate with the City of Cincinnati and State of Ohio for tax credits and abatements.
