Lingang Heavy Industrial Park

The 14 square kilometer Heavy Industrial Zone is located within Lingang New Area which consists of 293 square kilometers in the Southeast of Shanghai.  Colliers International is the sole marketing agent for 50,000 square meters within the first phase totaling 1 square kilometer.  The site is in proximity to the planned Yangshan Deepwater Port that will begin operation in Q1’06 and will eventually rival Hong Kong as the world’s largest port.  Directly east of the heavy manufacturing site is the international logistics park intended to support manufacturers engaged in all manners of trade.  The site is conveniently placed 50 km away from downtown Shanghai and 40 km from Pudong International Airport.
