Devine, Principal; and David Egan, Senior Associate, all with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc.’s Investment Services Group, represented a joint venture between Panattoni Development Company and LaSalle Investment Management in the sale of a four-building, 1,928,378-square-foot industrial portfolio located in the Chicago area’s I-55 industrial corridor. The $100+ million sale transaction closed in February 2008 and the buyer was Heitman American Real Estate Trust. The sale stands as the largest transaction in the I-55 Corridor industrial sub-market in the past 10 years. The buildings are all located in Romeoville’s Windham Lakes Southwest Business Park.
