Joseph J. Dvorak, SIOR, Executive Vice President in Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler’s (Colliers B&K) Office Advisory Group, represented National Express Corporation in the long-term lease of 4300 Weaver Parkway, a 48,963-square-foot call center facility in Warrenville, IL.  The owner of the building is Levy Cantera LLC. Colliers B&K’s W. Donald (Don) Jenkins, Executive Vice President a head of the firm’s Project Management Group, is providing construction and tenant build-out consulting services.  

National Express Corporation (NEC) is the North American subsidiary of National Express Group, PLC, one of the premier transportation firms in the United Kingdom. NEC, the second largest school bus operator in North America, is made up of Durham School Services in the United States and Stock Transportation in Canada. NEC operates a fleet of 15,000 vehicles in 27 states and 2 Canadian provinces. 

4300 Weaver Parkway is a 48,963-square-foot single story data center located on four acres in Warrenville, IL.  The building, constructed in 1999, was previously occupied by PayChex, a payroll, HR, and benefits outsourcing company.  NEC is expected to occupy the facility in June 2008.
