Kelly M. Joyce, CCIM, Vice President with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc.’s Industrial Services Group (Colliers B&K), represented Colony Realty Partners in a 10,623-square-foot lease to Gämmerler AG at 431 Lakeview Drive, Suite B, Mount Prospect, IL.  

In the post press fields of commercial, newspaper and bindery, Gämmerler is known as one of the worldwide leading suppliers of machines and complete systems. Gämmerler AG, with headquarters in Geretsried-Gelting near Munich, is represented in more than 30 countries.  The company is expanding its U.S. operations. 

Constructed in 1989, 431 Lakeview Drive is located in Mount Prospect’s Kensington Business Center.  Its primary use is office/service center. The suite leased by Gämmerler AG features 30% office, a truck level dock and a drive-in door. The company is expected to occupy the space in June 2008.
