ROSEMONT, IL— Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. has announced that it has been awarded the leasing and property management of James Campbell Company LLC’s 4,300,000-square-foot Chicago-area industrial portfolio. The 14 properties are located in the Central DuPage, I-55 Corridor, and Fox Valley submarkets.
“We have every confidence that we have selected the right team for this important assignment. Colliers B&K has a deep knowledge of the markets in which our properties reside and a substantial track record of success. Additionally, the management team’s experience will ensure that this transition is even more seamless,” said Sydni L. Roberson, Vice President and Regional Manager of James Campbell Company.
David A. Bercu, SIOR, Principal; Ronald J. Behm, SIOR, Principal; Charles V. Canale, Senior Vice President; and Brian W. Kling, Vice President, all with Colliers B&K’s Industrial Services Group, will lead the leasing efforts. Phillip C. Stafford, Principal and head of Colliers B&K’s Real Estate Management Services group, will provide oversight of the property management services. Under Stafford’s leadership, Colliers B&K’s management portfolio has increased from 18 million to 43 million square feet over the past 2.5 years.
