A Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. (Colliers B&K) team has been selected by Prime Group Realty Trust (PGRT) to lease Continental Towers, a three-building, 910,000-square-foot Class A office complex located at 1701 West Golf Road in Rolling Meadows, IL. Steven W. Kling, Principal; and Brian L. Kruse, Associate, both with Colliers B&K’s Office Advisory Group, will lead the marketing efforts for PGRT.

Constructed in 1979, Continental Towers is well known in the Northwest office market for its high-profile I-90 highway frontage and extensive amenities including a 55,000-square-foot athletic club with basketball and racquetball courts, a restaurant/deli, and full service banking facility. There is currently 327,000 rentable square feet available between the three towers.
“Continental Towers is a rare opportunity for both big block users and small tenants seeking ready-to-go space,” said Kling. “We can accommodate tenants between 2,000 and 400,000 square feet.”
