Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. (Colliers B&K) was named transaction management services provider for Allstate Corporation’s Western United States region.  The assignment encompasses over 150 leased and owned locations in 29 states totaling approximately 6.7 million square feet.  William M. Fausone, SIOR, President of Colliers B&K; and David J. Burden, SIOR, Executive Vice President, will lead the account team.

Colliers B&K began a relationship with Allstate that involved several dispositions and sale/leaseback transactions nationwide. In just the past four years Colliers B&K has sold numerous regional offices on behalf of Allstate totaling nearly one million square feet while also completing strategic planning and portfolio optimization studies.
