Bell, Associate, all with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc.’s (Colliers B&K) Industrial Services Group, represented AMB Property Corporation in a 228,200-square-foot new lease to RIM logistics, ltd. at 200 Gary Avenue in Roselle, IL. 

Located in Turnberry Lakes Business Park, 200 Gary Avenue is a 487,437-square-foot office and warehouse facility constructed in 1994.  The space leased by RIM logistics features 25,000 square feet of office space on two floors, 22 exterior docks, 25’ clear ceiling height, T-5 lighting, and high efficiency heating.

Development of Turnberry Lakes Business Park began in the early 1990s and now contains 28 buildings totaling 5 million square feet.  AMB currently owns five buildings totaling 1.7 million square feet, all 100 percent leased through the efforts of the Colliers B&K team.

Founded in 1997, RIM logistics ltd. is a domestic and international transportation/logistics provider that formerly occupied a building on Mittel Boulevard in Wood Dale.  “AMB Turnberry facility offers the long-term capacity, infrastructure and modern, high-image appeal that we were seeking for our corporate headquarters,” said Bob Mueller, founder RIM logistics, ltd. “Additionally, this property sits in one of the most accessible locations in the Central DuPage submarket.” The park offers immediate access to the Elgin-O’Hare Expressway. The Elgin-O’Hare Expressway provides east/west access for this corridor, east to the I-290/Route 53/I-355 interstates and then further east to O’Hare International Airport via Thorndale Avenue.
