Simons Johnson, CCIM of Colliers Keenan Inc. in the Charleston office has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation awarded by the CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation is awarded upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIMs are recognized as experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, only 8,000 currently hold the CICM designation. Johnson joined Colliers Keenan Inc. in 2004 and has over 4 years of experience in commercial real estate. Johnson specialized in industrial and office brokerage. During his tenure, his primary focus resides within the corporate business arena. Working primarily with Peter Fennelly, SIOR, MCR and Hagood Morrison, CCIM, SIOR, Johnson has benefited from their combined experience.
