Peter Fennelly and Hagood Morrison have been named principals in the Charleston, South Carolina office of Colliers Keenan Inc, part of the global real estate organization Colliers International.  Woody Moore, Executive Vice President of Colliers Keenan, made the announcement December 7, 2007 in Columbia, South Carolina.  Moore stated, "We are very pleased to have Peter and Hagood join us as principals in Colliers Keenan.  They have both made significant contributions to the company and have worked together to provide leadership and guidance to the company and it's agents.  Additionally, each of these individuals are consummate real estate professionals."

Mr. Fennelly, Vice President of the Charleston office, earned the designation of Masters of Corporate Real Estate(MCR) and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors(SIOR).  He has extensive experience in commercial real estate and specializes in the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties.  Mr. Fennelly started his career in real estate in 1986 in his home state of New Jersey, after attending the University of Rhode Island.

Mr. Morrison is a Charleston native and joined Colliers Keenan's local office in 2006 as the Director of Industrial Brokerage.  Like Mr. Fennelly, he is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and he is additionally a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  Mr. Morrison attended Washington & Lee University, and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from The Citadel.
