Savannah, Georgia, May 25, 2009 – Colliers Keenan of Charleston and Colliers Neely Dales of Savannah have been retained by Atlantic Wood Industries, Inc. to exclusively list for sale a 58-acre deep water multi-modal terminal facility located on the Savannah River.  The industrial site, situated one mile from the Georgia Port Authority’s Garden City Terminal, features 800 feet of deepwater frontage on the Savannah River and a 40-foot draft in the Savannah shipping channel. The facility can function as a multi-modal shipping terminal, bulk transfer facility, barge terminal and container terminal. Rail spur service to the terminal is provided by Norfolk Southern, and the site offers convenient access to I-95, I-16 and the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, all located within eight miles.
