Case Study: Agroenergy Reit Portfolio Valuation

Agroenergy is a leading expert in leases and management of agricultural land. As of December 2008 the client owned 25,000 plots, which in total represents 183 million m2 of land in Bulgaria, and plans to further expand its land portfolio. The strategic focus of the company includes industrial utilization of agricultural crops and investment in renewable energy sources.

In 2009 Colliers in Bulgaria provided valuation service for the entire portfolio of land properties that the company owns. The valuations were performed using specialized software for mapping agricultural land properties. The team’s approach to the mandate utilized the experience and expertise of Colliers International on an international level. The completed valuation is part of a long - term relationship, which will include re - evaluations of the entire portfolio, including valuations of the newly acquired properties during the course of each year.

Case Study: Moto-Pfohe Portfolio Valuation

Moto-Pfohe Ltd. is the official dealer and distributor of Ford, Volvo, Jaguar and Land Rover in Bulgaria. The distribution network of the company covers the territory of the country with outlets and dealers in 16 Bulgarian cities.

In 2008 Colliers in Bulgaria completed a valuation assignment for a selected property portfolio owned by Moto-Pfohe Ltd. The project included valuation of multiple showrooms and service complexes located in the biggest cities of Bulgaria, as well as a notable number of land properties. The complied result and analysis served internal accounting purposes.
