Case Study: Park Mall
Park Mall is situated on a main traffic artery in the city of Stara Zagora in Southeast Bulgaria. The project, which has a GLA of 19, 500 m2, is part of the first retail park in the area and is neighbored by a Mr. Bricolage (DIY) store and a Technopolis (consumer electronics) hypermarket, which diversify the merchandize mix and increase the flow of customers to the site. Park Mall, the first mall in Stara Zagora, has been fully operational since October 2008.
Colliers in Bulgaria manages the entire Park Mall project, including operations, tenant liaison, facility and subcontractor management and maintenance of common areas. Colliers also provides legal advisory and marketing advisory services, accounting and financial management for Park Mall.
