Logistics Park Varna is the first distribution facility in Varna developed according to highest international standards. Located in the Western Industrial Zone of Varna, in close proximity to Varna airport, seaport and main train station, the development offers more than 80,000 m2 of high quality warehousing space for lease.
As part of the investor representation agreement, Colliers Bulgaria provides Marketing Advisory Services to the developers of the project, leading Bulgarian company FairPlay Commercial and London AIM-listed Bulgarian Property Developments. Based on the market assessment and SWOT analysis Colliers marketing team, developed a strong concept for the project, including logo, graphic identity, and key messages.
